- Schedule an appointment for a visit from us.
- We will tour your home and provide a Comparative Market Analysis to help you determine the fair market value.
- We will help you understand the listing agreement and any other essential documents for your completion.
- We will prepare a customized market plan
- We will take digital photos of your property, place a ‘for sale’ sign in your yard (where permitted), place a lockbox on your door if you desire, or do agent accompanied showings.
- Your property will be placed on the MLS website, and on our website knowing “time is of the essence.”
- We will email or call you (whichever you prefer) periodically as agreed upon to keep you updated and to answer any questions that you may have along the way.
- All calls received from other real estate agents regarding your home will be routed through us.
- All personal showings will be approved by you.
- When a purchase agreement is received from a potential buyer we will submit it to you as soon as possible and provide all necessary help needed to properly reply to the offer and all subsequent counter-offers.
- Once an accepted offer has been made we will lead you through the entire closing process.

The public site provides the general public access to real estate offerings.
